Shopping

* Chelsea's Pick* Indigo Hippo (1334 Main St) is a creative reuse art supply store.

Vine Street and Main Street offer unique, funky, and high end clothing, gifts, and home goods. You’ll also find bookstores, plant shops, record stores, and plenty of one-of-a-kind treasures as you stroll the streets.

Findlay Market is Ohio’s oldest continuously operated public market and just a 10-minute walk from Somerhaus. Browse local produce, flowers, handmade goods, and specialty foods in a vibrant, bustling setting.

Outdoor Exploring

Washington Park (just a block from our venue!) is a great place to relax between events. It features a dog park, splash pad, seasonal bar, and often hosts live music or local markets. Enjoy the architecture of (*Justin's Pick*) Music Hall.

Take mural walk around OTR and downtown to see the city’s incredible public art. Cincinnati is known for its large-scale, colorful murals—keep an eye out for works by ArtWorks Cincinnati, which are scattered across buildings throughout the neighborhood.

*Justin's Pick* Travel slightly outside of OTR to see the Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal—a stunning Art Deco train station turned museum. It features a massive domed rotunda and original mosaic murals that are true architectural treasures. It's about a 7-minute drive or quick rideshare from the venue.

*Our wedding weekend coincides with America’s River Roots, a large Cincinnati festival that draws many out-of-town visitors to the Over the Rhine area. Hotels and rentals in the area may book up quickly. We recommend reserving your accommodations early.*
